This ensures the website remains at the forefront of technology, benefiting from the latest features and, perhaps most importantly, bolstering its security measures.
To boost the website's visibility and optimize its performance across various search engines, I’ll leverage robust SEO best practices. This will enable us to fine-tune on-page SEO elements, ensuring that the content is not only search engine-friendly but also user-friendly. By optimizing meta tags, content structure, and other crucial SEO aspects, I aim to enhance the website's search engine rankings, making it more discoverable to users searching for relevant information or products.

My pricing structure is rooted in a time and materials approach. The cost for this project is entirely determined by the time invested. The fees are calculated by considering the blended hourly rate associated with different stages of the project's execution.
For this specific project, the total fee will amount to $6,750.
Here's the proposed payment schedule:
An initial deposit of $4,000 will be due upon acceptance of this proposal. Payment can be made through wire transfer or by check.
The remaining balance of $2,750 will be payable upon the successful completion of the project.
Regarding the project timeline, I anticipate that the website design and development phase will span between 3 to 5 weeks. However, this schedule is contingent upon receiving all necessary assets and timely feedback.
Looking beyond the project's completion, it's important to note that the ongoing maintenance of the website, SEO efforts, and management of the social media presence will necessitate a separate agreement. Details regarding the terms and fees for this ongoing maintenance will be discussed and finalized upon approval of this initial agreement.
