The primary objective of this comprehensive document is to provide a detailed overview of the website design and development strategy for Thelawfareproject.org and Endjewhatred.com. My approach is centered around creating 2 distinct websites that not only exude a clean and modern aesthetic but also establishes a highly competitive creative direction, particularly for End Jew Hatred as the activism arm of the orgs. By doing so, I aim to empower both organizations with compelling online presences that resonate with their target audiences and set them apart from competitors.

In addition to the visual aspect of the websites, I recognize the paramount importance of a robust SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy. The Lawfare website will continue to operate within the reliable and versatile Squarespace Framework. It is my suggestion that End Jew Hatred be built on either Framer or Wix Studio, as both of these platforms offer more versatile design and content capabilities, as well as animations and user interactions, which I believe will enhance End Jew Hatreds visibility.

To boost newsletter performance and capabilities, my recommendation is Klaviyo as its integration and creative flexibility out performs and of its competitors. I have reviewed GiveButter’s newsletter functionality and while it is perfectly capible, it has practically no features and flexibility which will stunt both organizations ability to send dynamic and engaging newsletters to its audience, ultimately losing their attention and retention.

Additionally, I’ll harness contemporary technology, such as Facebook's pixel and Google Analytics, to gain deep insights into website traffic patterns. These tools will allow us to track user behavior, analyze audience demographics, and assess the effectiveness of various marketing strategies. With this data-driven approach, we can identify what works best and refine our tactics accordingly, ultimately improving the website's performance and engagement.

My pricing structure is rooted in a time and materials approach. The cost for this project is entirely determined by the time invested. The fees are calculated by considering the blended hourly rate associated with different stages of the project's execution.

For this specific project, the total fee will amount to $9,000. As a supporter of both organizations, I have factored a significant discount into my fee.

Here's the proposed payment schedule:

  1. An initial deposit of $4,500 will be due upon acceptance of this proposal. Payment can be made through wire transfer or Zelle.

  2. The remaining balance of $4,500 will be payable upon the successful completion and launch of the project.

Regarding the project timeline, I anticipate that the website design and development phase will span between 5 to 8 weeks. However, this schedule is contingent upon receiving all necessary assets and timely feedback.
